Management
will be able on demand to produce a report which will
show the cost of material associated with a quote
or a sales order. These items are also used when the
quote becomes an order to automatically without human
intervention update the inventory system so that the
allocated amounts of inventory are timely.
Dr.Shutter
now interfaces seemlessly with Quickbooks. Customer
information automatically is transferred from Quickbooks
to Dr.Shutter. Upon invoicing, invoice is sent to
quickbooks and inventory is depleted.
